1. Shipping Policy
Shipping Destinations & Rates

Domestic (U.S.): We offer Standard Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $40. For orders under $40, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 will apply.

International Shipping: Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Processing & Delivery Time

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days.

Expedited U.S. Shipping: 2–3 business days.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
2. 30-Day Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your stride! We proudly offer a 30-Day Return Policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
⚠️ CRITICAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS: To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and health safety (as insoles are personal care and footwear products), your item must meet the following strict conditions to qualify for a refund:
The insoles must be unaltered, uncut, and untrimmed. (Any insole that has been cut to fit a shoe size cannot be accepted).
The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags, inserts, and boxing intact.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Gift cards.

Items purchased during clearance, final sales, or marked as "Non-Returnable".

Insoles showing signs of visible wear, dirt, sweat stains, or odor.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us First: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the original shipping address. You must initiate your return by emailing us at support@insolegeeks.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Review & Approval: Our team will review your request within 2 business days. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping Costs: Unless the product arrived damaged or defective due to our error, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds & Processing Time

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5–7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
5. Damages, Defective Items, and Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@insolegeeks.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, InsoleGeeks will cover all replacement or return shipping costs.
